Payment - Payment is through PayPal for orders over $500.  If your order is under $500 you may use the first credit card payment option.  You may use all major credit cards through either of these payment methods, and our check out cart is secured by DigiCert.

Shipping - Once payment notification is received and verified,  you will be notified when your purchase will ship and you will be provided a tracking number.  Shipping is by Fed Ex Ground, UPS or by truck, depending on what you have ordered and its weight.  Shipping is direct from Child Craft from their plant in Indiana, and the method of shipment is chosen by Child Craft. We make every effort to see that your purchase is shipped in a timely manner.  If for some reason goods are on back order you will receive an e-mail on expected ship date. Please note that some items have a longer lead time on them and can take from 2-8 weeks.  Baby's Own Room does not ship to addresses outside the United States.Special shipping arrangements would need to be made to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Refunds - All sales are considered final unless buyer contacts Baby's OwnRoom within 7 days of receipt of purchase.  We are certain you will be satisfied with your purchase but realize sometimes goods are damaged in transit or are not as expected and must be returned.  If you wish to return your goods  contact Baby's Own Room for return instructions.  Refunds will be made by method of purchase for cost of goods only less a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable.  Also, you will be responsible for payment of return shipping.  This is Child Craft's return policy.

            If you are returning crib bedding, it must be returned unused and unwashed.  Please contact Baby's Own Room as soon as possible after receipt if you do not wish to keep your purchase or if there is a problem due to shipping.  Absolutely no refunds given after 30 days of shipping.

Privacy Policy - Baby's Own Room respects each site visitor's right to personal privacy.  To that end, we collect and use information throughout our site only as disclosed here.  This statement applies solely to the Baby's Own Room website.

    The information we collect is:

        * used to notify visitors about updates to our web site,
        * used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes,
        * never shared with other organizations.

    This site does not collect cookies.

    Registration is not required to enter our site but is appreciated.

    We do have an order form.  The order form requires:
 
        * contact information, ie. name, email and shipping address, and 

        * certain financial information such as credit card number and expiration date.

    This information is used in order processing and in contacting  our customer with information as to that order.

    We do, from time to time, publish a newsletter but never sell or share our customers' email addresses.

    We do not operate online surveys.

    If there are changes to this privacy policy they will be posted here.

    Conflict Resolution - Baby's Own Room is committed to your complete satisfaction but realizes from time to time, problems will occur.  We make every effort to resolve problems within 24-48 hours.  If our customers have a problem they may contact us by:
